5. Payment, Subscription & Cancellation

5.1 Pricing & Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing details are available on our website, and charges will be billed in accordance with the chosen plan.

5.2 Cancellation & Refund Policy (In Accordance with Canadian Law)

Monthly Subscriptions

When you subscribe to a monthly plan, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, similar to platforms like Netflix. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are billed upfront. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining term except where required by Canadian consumer protection laws, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to deliver promised services.
  • Unresolved technical issues caused by our platform.
  • Misleading subscription terms or pricing (e.g., deceptive auto-renewals).

Free Trials & Automatic Renewals

If you enrolled through a free trial, we will notify you before the trial ends and before any charges apply, as per provincial regulations (e.g., Ontario's Consumer Protection Act). You may cancel anytime during the trial to avoid billing.

Enterprise & Custom Plans

Custom agreements follow the cancellation and refund clauses stated in the signed contract. For any disputes, the contract terms take precedence.

How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time by logging into your dashboard or emailing info@datacove.ai. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not trigger automatic refunds.
